PURPOSE: A road parking management system is provided to make a post factum charge to a driver in a case that the driver does not pay for a parking fare. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a main coil(90), a database(40), a camera(60), a parking stop signal generator(50), and a parking management module(10). The main coil(90) generates a car parking signal based on an impedance of a detector(95) and a reference impedance. The database(40) stores data matched between a parking space identification number and a main coil identification number. The camera(60), installed near each parking space, captures an image of each parking space along a width direction. The parking stop signal generator(50) generates a parking stop signal if a driver starts to drive the car parked at the parking space. The parking management module(10) generates parking fare data based on the car entrance signal, the parking stop signal, the matched data of the database(40) and a fare table, makes the camera capture the image of a car number and outputs post factum charge data if the driver does not normally pay for the parking fare.
