PURPOSE: A cleaner having a safety lamp is provided to automatically turn on the safety lamp from power of a storage battery at power failure, and to use conveniently by embedding the storage battery and the safety lamp in the cleaner and charging the storage battery in a charger. CONSTITUTION: A cleaner is composed of a body part(31), a suction plate, and a connecting bar connecting the body part and the suction plate. The body part includes a charge battery(31d) charged by receiving direct current of a charger(20), an electricity failure detecting circuit unit(31b) detecting the interruption signal of common alternating current, a safety lamp(31e) automatically turned on by receiving charge current from the charge battery in detecting the interruption signal of common alternating current, an overcharge or over discharge preventive circuit(31c) restricting obstacle from overcharge or over discharge, and a charge state indicating lamp(31h) displaying the charge state of the battery.
