The double medium spray head for an extrusion press has housing (2) for connection to compressed air and water sources and with a mixing chamber (15) connected to a spray nozzle (4) via a pipe (5). The mixing chamber has feed openings (13a,14) formed as parts of an insert (3). The insert can be inserted into the housing on the side of the housing opposite the nozzle.
