PURPOSE: Equipment for removing shear marks of glass gob is provided, which improves the quality of glass products and shortens a manufacturing process(abrasion) of glass products by burner flame and spanking. CONSTITUTION: The shear mark-removing equipment(40) is characterized by comprising several burners(60) set along the circumference of a spanker(42) for heating shear marks of molten glass(1), and control units for controlling the operation of burners. The control units contain the parts of: an oxygen supplying line(62) including a first manual valve, filter, relief valve, solenoid valve, and a second manual valve for supplying oxygen to the burners and controlling the flow of oxygen: a gas supplying line including a first manual valve, filter, relief valve, solenoid valve, and a second manual valve for supplying gas to the burners and controlling the flow of gas; a gas mixer for mixing oxygen and gas supplied from the oxygen and gas lines; a mixed gas supply line(68) with a check valve for preventing back-flow of mixed gas; and a controller for regulating solenoid valves.
