KOREAN TRADITIONAL OIL AND HONEY PASTRY LIKE SNACK USING RICE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a korean traditional oil and honey pastry like snack using rice and a method for preparing it. The prepared korean traditional oil and honey pastry gives excellent mouth feeling and taste and has improved preservation and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A korean oil and honey pastry is manufactured by the steps of: puffing and molding extruded rice; treating the rice molding with heat using a roaster; coating the heat treated rice molding with oil and sugar-syrup; and sprinkling grits of puffed rice to the oil and sugar-syrup coated rice molding, followed by drying and packing with nitrogen.
