SYSTEM FOR CLEANING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE: A cleaning system for a printed circuit board is provided to prevent damage of a body, and to reduce working hours by eliminating the conductive solvent from the printed circuit board quickly and conveniently for recycling through soaking, brushing, showering and drying. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning system for a printed circuit board(10) is composed of an ultrasonic soaking unit(100) dissolving a conductive solvent spread on input and output taps of the printed circuit board separated from the load at trouble of the load with the neutral organic solvent by ultrasonic waves; a brush washing unit(200) brushing the dissolved conductive solvent from the printed circuit board; a shower cleaning unit(300) cleaning the brushed printed circuit board by hydraulic pressure; a drying unit(400) drying the washed printed circuit board by using hot blast and discharging for recycling; and a control unit controlling the entire system.
