CARBON FOOD COOKER AND ROASTED PLATE MANUFACTURING METHOD USING CHARCOAL

Disclosed is a method of manufacturing cookers and roasting plates using charcoal, including the steps of finely pulverizing white charcoal burnt at 1200°C to 100-120 mesh; firstly heating the pulverized charcoal in a first furnace at 2500°C; mixing 80-90% of the heated charcoal 10-20% of a sap with stirring; molding the mixture by use of a mold having a cavity of a cooker shape or a roasting plate shape; polishing the molded product to finish a surface thereof; secondly heating the polished product supported by a strut in a second furnace at 3000°C for 72 hours; removing the heated product from the strut; cooling the product removed from the strut at low temperatures for 120 hours; coating the cooled product to have a smooth surface; and thirdly heating the coated product at 400-420°C for 25-30 min.
