Capacitive contact-sensitive organic LED display for mobile applications including information display and command input. Said display has a support plate with one or more self-illuminating output and or display units on its rear side and one or more contact-sensitive input elements and additional operating buttons on its front side. The display can use organic layers of low-molecular weigh organic substances (OLED) and or long chain polymers (PLED).
