The spanner has a first handle (10) with a ring spanner head (11) at the end and a second handle (20) with an open-ended spanner head (21) at the end. The rotational joint in the center has two flanges (12,22) with flat faces (17,27) which are abutted together. There are calibration markings (18,28) on the outer cylindrical faces of the flanges. The central pin (30) has grooves at its ends (31,33) to accommodate fastening pins (15,25) a spring-loaded detent (60) fits in a blind bore (24) in one flange and can engage in one of several blind bores (14) in the other flange.
