A window has a tilt function with an assembly to limit the tilt angle. The assembly consists of a rectangular block with three holes drilled in-line from corner to corner on the rectangular face. A fourth hole is drilled in the block at right angles to the other holes, and accommodates a pin. The block is attached to a wall adjacent to the tilting window and the pin is inserted into one of the three holes, limiting the tilt angle.
