A liner plate for construction, wherein plate bodies (1) having protective film (3) laminated on the surfaces thereof are combined with each other and arranged in vertical and horizontal directions to form the closed side walls (A1) of a building (A) and the flanges (2) of the plate bodies (1) adjacent to each other are connected air-tight to each other with bolts to provide excellent strength and durability to the entire side walls (A1) of the building (A), complete the assembly thereof in a short time, easily disassemble the building (A), and allow the movement and recycling thereof, whereby the side walls of the building allowing a specified flat surface shape to be easily constructed while providing excellent strength and durability, allowing easy installation in a short period, and allowing overhaul and recycle, and easily allowing additions and betterments.
