PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing phylon midsole by adopting heating process using microwave instead of hot press process of pressing and heating the sponge after putting EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) sponge cut to metal mold into the metal mold is provided. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing the sponge into phylon midsole by remolding first expansion molded sheet shaped EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) sponge, the manufacturing method of phylon midsole using microwave comprises skiving and cutting process of making semi-finished midsole product by cutting the first expansion molded sheet shaped EVA sponge to a size that is a little bit larger than desired shape of phylon midsole; heating process of heating the semi-finished mid sole product dipped into water by applying microwave to the microwave transmitting container for a certain period of time after putting the semi-finished midsole product passing through the skiving and cutting process into a microwave transmitting container; and cooling press process of molding a finished phylon midsole product by putting the heated semi-finished midsole product into mold and pressing and cooling the heated semi-finished midsole product after taking out the heated semi-finished midsole product from water.
