PURPOSE: An improvement circuit is provided to prevent damages of electrical components and erroneous operation by suppressing an over voltage. CONSTITUTION: An improvement circuit comprises a power transistor(TR1) connected to a cut-off relay(10) upon occurrence of an over voltage; an over voltage detection circuit(20) including a resistor(R2), a diode(D2) and a condenser(C3); a resistor(R1) and a condenser(C1) connected between the transistor and the over voltage detection circuit; a noise absorbing condenser(C2) connected to the power transistor; and a reverse direction diode(D1) added to the inlet side of the resistor.
