Method of diagnosis of vertebrogene diseases of locomotor system, according to claims 1,2,4, characterized in that painful and other negative sensations in muscles of hand means the affection of mainly cervical section of the spine, for example, anatomic zones C2-C7, if pain and other negative sensations are fixed from the thumb side and mainly upper-pectoral section, for example, C6-Th4-5 if the pain is fixed from the little finger side. 6. Method of diagnosis of vertebrogene diseases of locomotor system, according to claims 1,2,4, characterized in that the painful and other negative sensations in muscles of legs means the affection of mainly lower-pectoral and/or upper-lumbar section of spine, for example, anatomic zones Th7-8-L1-2, if the painful and other negative sensations are fixed from the thumb side and mainly lower-lumbar or lower-sacral areas of the spine, for example the anatomic zones L2-S1, if the painful and other negative sensations are fixed from the little finger side.
