PURPOSE: A conjugated polymer-inorganic nano composite for light-emitting layer of organic electroluminescence(EL) device is provided, which has improved operating characteristics of organic EL device and stability with polymer, low start-up current, and high current density compared with conventional polymer organic EL device by dispersing inorganic sol into conjugated polymer precursor solution. CONSTITUTION: The conjugated polymer-inorganic nano composite composition contains conjugated polymer or precursor solution thereof, and 10-60wt.%(based on the amount of solid conjugated polymer) of particulate inorganic matter(TiO2 sol), wherein at least one polymer is selected from poly(para-phenylenevinylene), poly(2-methoxy), 5-(2'-ethyl-hexyloxy)-para-phenylenevinylene, poly(para-phenylene) and polyfluorene. The particulate inorganic matter, TiO2 sol containing 3-30wt.% of particulates(5-20nm), is obtained by reacting titanium ethoxide(Ti(OC2H5)4) and ethanol, adding water to be a ratio of alkoxide to H2O of 1 : 20-200, adding inorganic acid(HNO3) to peptize formed precipitates, and heating at 80deg.C. The conjugated polymer-inorganic nano composite thin film(50-1000nm) is formed by coating the prepared composition on the substrate and thermal treating.
