PURPOSE: An online electronic payment method using a mobile communication terminal mounting a combination smart card thereon is provided to conduct electronic payment by using the mobile communication terminal, thereby performing an authentication process online by using an external antenna or an internal antenna coupled with the smart card. CONSTITUTION: When a cellular phone user inputs a personal ID number(S701), a controller transmits the inputted personal ID number to a card server. When an RF terminal resets each component of a combination smart card(S702), a CPU transmits an ATR(Answer To Response) message to the RF terminal(S703). When an authentication request is received from the RF terminal, the CPU inputs a coded value to the RF terminal(S705). When the RF terminal requests to input payment information(S706), payment details are inputted(S707). When the RF terminal requests royalty information(S708), the CPU reads the royalty information from an ROM, and transmits the information to the RF terminal(S709).
