PURPOSE: A method for mounting an emergency button on a cellular phone is provided to instantly transmit an emergent situation to a communication company without opening a folder of the cellular phone, thereby transmitting a caller's position and the emergent situation regardless of time and space. CONSTITUTION: An emergent button is mounted on an outside of a cellular phone. An emergent situation of a caller is transmitted to a CPU through a sub terminal. The caller transmits the emergent situation to a communication company by inputting the emergent button in the CPU.
