PURPOSE: A clutch pedal assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent a dash panel and a clutch pedal from being protruded to legs of a driver and hurting the driver. CONSTITUTION: A clutch pedal assembly for a vehicle is composed of clutch pedals(52,54) rotatively mounted in a dash panel and protruded inward the vehicle and a safety device for preventing the dash panel from being protruded into the vehicle and resultantly the clutch pedal from being protruded to a driver's seat. The safety device comprises first and second clutch pedals separated into upper and lower parts; a locking member connecting the first and second clutch pedals to interlock with each other; a safe lever(70) rotating and releasing the locking member if the dash panel is protruded into the vehicle; a first elastic member(64) compressed in rotating the safe lever to return the safe lever; and a second elastic member(66) connected to the safe lever and the second clutch pedal, respectively, to move the second clutch pedal toward the dash panel in returning the safe lever.
