PURPOSE: A thermal storage tank of a heater for a greenhouse is provided to improve heating efficiency and reduce fuel consumption and heat loss by heating, storing and supplying hot water of the tank with inducing discharge heat and by heating the greenhouse sufficiently with the little amount of fuel. CONSTITUTION: Water is heated in a boiler, and stored in a thermal storage tank(2). A heater for a greenhouse heats by circulating hot water in the greenhouse. A heat circulation passage(21) is formed in the thermal storage tank, and an inlet of the heat circulation passage is connected to a flue pipe(13) of the boiler. A flue(14) is installed in the outlet of the heat circulation passage to discharge hot water. Water is heated in the thermal storage tank with the waste heat, and a waste heat recovery unit(15) is installed in the flue pipe to forcibly send waste heat. An impeller(17) is mounted in the thermal storage tank and driven by a motor(16).
