AIR CONDITIONER WITH OIL DISTRIBUTING UNIT

PURPOSE: An air conditioner with an oil distributing unit is provided to secure appropriate oil level in a pair of compressors. CONSTITUTION: A first compressor(1) and a second compressor(2) have a first accumulator(10) and a second accumulator(20), respectively. An oil distributing unit includes a first suction tube(31) connecting the first compressor and the first accumulator; a second suction tube(35) connecting the second compressor and the second accumulator; a first oil hole(32) formed on the first suction tube; a second oil hole(36) formed on the second suction tube; and an inverse U-shaped oil distributing tube(38) connecting the first accumulator and the second accumulator. The oil distributing tube is inverse U-shaped, and placed to penetrate upper parts of the first accumulator and the second accumulator, and has lower ends placed to be horizontal with the first oil hole and the second oil hole. The oil distributing tube forms a siphon structure to keep level of oil(L2) stored in the first accumulator and the second accumulator regardless of operation of the first compressor and the second compressor.
