The invention is for the pallets which are mainly used for store the goods at industrial and logistic company or which are handle for shipping with fast and safe delivery. To achieve this purpose, need to cut freight cost with reducing the pallet weight and also need to improve automation for mass-production with less assembling expense, less parts along with improving the pallet strength. To solve above problems, that's why we star to invent. Therefore, in order to keep the merit of original steel plate, have to minimize the weight. In other words, maximize the second moment of area and the moment of inertia, and minimize the weight without problem of durability. The major purpose of this invention is producing the light weight steel pallet with simple and strong structure, by welding, assembling with volt or reverting the upper plate (which is fabricated by mold) and legs. |
