This invention relates to the identification of antigens (herein termed GKT-AML8, GKT-AML10 and GKT-AML12) whose expression is associated with haematological malignancy, in particular leukaemia. These antigens are useful in the diagnosis and treatment of haematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukaemia.
