摘要 1. A massager having 4 massage elements in the form of massage heads with curved convex surfaces contacting a massage zone, said heads are disposed at the ends of 4 oblong holders connected by the opposite ends to the heads, forming four working massager planes each of them is the tangent to the finite surfaces of three heads and intersects with other working surfaces forming an image tetrahedral pyramid, inside each of trihedral angle of which in the proximity of its apex one of massage heads is arranged, and inside the pyramid the area of the holders connection spaced from each of the working planes, characterized in that the massager is provided with at least one additional massage element with a curved convex surface contacting a massage zone and perpendicular to one of the massager working planes, said additional massage element is designed in the form of a projection in the place of the holders connection, one-piece or split connected in it, and its surface contacting the massage zone is disposed either touching the massager working surface or shifting from it in the direction from or to the area of the holders connection. 2. The massager according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one hole is made where holders are connected, the hole being perpendicular to one of the massager working planes, and an additional massage member or each of them consists of a working tip with a contacting massage surface zone and of a tail element which is fixed to the hole where the holders join. 3. The massager according to claim 2, characterized in that the tail element of an additional massage member and a hole are made threaded, while the tail element is screwed in the place of holders connection. 4. The massager according to claim 3, characterized in that a metal nut or a sleeve with an inner thread is pressed into the hole into which the tail element of the additional massage member is pressed. 5. The massager according to claim 1, characterized in that an additional element is embedded inside the place of holders connection consisting of two, three or four metal pipes with their ends connected, each of them is perpendicular to one of massager working planes, and each of additional massage members consists of a working tip with a contacting massage surface zone and of a tail element which is fixed in the hole of a respective pipe. 6. The massager according to claim 5, characterized in that each pipe of a connection element has a female thread, while the tail element of each additional massage member has a male thread, each additional massage member is screwed by its tail element into the hole of a respective pipe. 7. The massager according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one tail element is provided in the place of holders connection perpendicular to one of massager working planes, and an additional massage member or each of them is made with a dead hole by which it is fastened on the tail element in the place of holders connection. 8. The massager according to claim 7, characterized in that the tail element of an additional massage member and a hole in an additional massage member are made threaded, and the additional massage member is screwed with its hole on the tail element in the place of holders connection. 9. The massager according to claim 8, characterized in that a metal nut or a sleeve with an inner thread is pressed into the hole in an additional massage member by which an additional massage member is screwed on the treaded tail element in the place of holders connection. 10. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that an additional massage member or several of them or a working tip thereof are made in the form of a spherical segment and/or a rounded cone. 11. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that at least part of the additional massage member with a contacting massage surface zone or several of them are made of metal or an alloy with useful biologic activity. 12. The massager according to claim 11, characterized in that the surface of an additional massage member contacting with the massage zone is coated with a one-layer or multi-layer coating by a material different than the massage member having useful biologic activity. 13. The massager according to claim 11, characterized in that the surface of an additional massage member contacting with the massage zone is not coated at its top exposing each of the coating layer. 14. The massager according to claim 12, characterized in that the coating is applied on the top of an additional massage member contacting with the massage zone. 15. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that at least part of the additional massage member with a contacting massage surface zone or several of them are made of wood. 16. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that at least part of the additional massage member with a contacting massage surface zone or several of them are made of a natural body with useful biologic activity. 17. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the additional massage member or several of them are made in the form of a permanent magnet. 18. The massager according to any one of claims 11, 15 to 17, characterized in that the additional massage member or several of them consist of a holder made of metal or plastic and embedded an insert made of wood, metal or alloy, or of natural body with useful biologic activity in a processed or non-processed state, or in the form of a permanent magnet. 19. The massager according to claim 18, characterized in that the insert is provided with a hole through which a screw is passed screwed into the threaded hole in the holder. 20. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 19, characterized in that at least four additional massage members with curved convex surfaces contacting the massage zone are provided in one working plane of a massager perpendicular to said working plane, wherein one of them is arranged in the place of holders connection, and three are made in the form of projections disposed on three massage heads being fastened in a split or permanent manner thereon. 21. The massager according to any one of claims 1 to 20, characterized in that one part of additional massage members is permanent-connected in the place of holders connection and/or on massage heads, while the other is split-connected connected in the place of holders connection and/or on massage heads.
