PURPOSE: A belt is provided to allow the belt to have a heat insulation and light emitting function, while achieving improved portability. CONSTITUTION: A belt comprises a buckle(100); a belt(200); a belt fixing unit(320); a plurality of unit cells mounted in a line on the inner surface of an outer cover(220) of the belt; a band connection member for interconnecting the unit cells; a discharger and charger unit for allowing for a quick charging operation of unit cells; a power supply unit attached/detached to/from the belt, and which transmits the charged power; and an end unit for adjusting the length of the belt.
