PURPOSE: A spacer scattering device is provided to check the amount of electrification in a chamber during the aging step in real time, thereby easily monitoring the electrification amount to maintain a certain spacer scattering density. CONSTITUTION: A spacer scattering device includes a chamber(52), an electro-static charge sensor(ESD sensor,60) mounted to an outer wall of the chamber, and a spacer nozzle part(50) mounted at an upper part of the chamber for scattering spacers(58) introduced via an external transmission tube. The chamber is mounted on a stage(56) and a top or bottom surface of an LCD is positioned on the stage. The sensor senses the amount of electric charged electrified in the chamber to monitor the change in the amount in real time. |
