摘要 PURPOSE: A seat suspension structure for a vehicle is provided to mount an operating device to a side of a torsion bar to regulate torsional force of the torsion bar, which is set at a constant value, according to the conditions of passengers' bodies, efficiently cope with the body conditions of passengers and improve riding comfort by changing rotational displacement of the torsion bar through the operating device. CONSTITUTION: A seat suspension structure for a vehicle is composed of two pairs of linkages(14), a shock absorber(15), and a torsion bar(16). The linkages entirely perform up-and-down motions by pin-combining two link rods(13a,13b) in a cross structure. One sides of the link rods slide by a roller(10) and other sides are fixed and supported to an upper frame(11) of a seat cushion and a lower frame(12) of a floor, respectively. The shock absorber is horizontally connected between the link rods to receive displacement to the up-and-down motions of the linkage. The torsion bar is crosswise arranged at a front lower end of the seat cushion, and a side of the torsion bar is connected to lower ends of the link rods to exert torsional force to the up and down motions of the link rods and other side is extended outward through the lower frame and bent upward to exert other torsional force by rotational displacement that is varied back and forth by an operating device(20).
