Radiation from a first source (1) of radiation couples into a first fiber optic light guide (FFOLG) (7), from which it decouples on a first emergent surface (10). Radiation from a second source (2) of radiation couples into the FFOLG or into a second fiber optic light guide (8), from which it decouples on a second emergent surface (11). An Independent claim is also included for a method for treating human skin disorders like psoriasis, with UV-light/laser radiation.
