PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device capable of setting a seat hip point to a low level and minimizing a storage space. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat device comprises a pantograph 43 for lateral movement and a pantograph 43 for lifting movement. In the pantograph 43 for lateral movement, its extendable direction is arranged to become a horizontal direction and one end in an extendable direction is fixed on a turntable 34 so that a seat body 10 can be moved between the inside and outside of a vehicle compartment through an ingress/egress opening 3 of a vehicle body. In the pantograph 44 for lifting movement, to lift up and down the seat body 10 outside the vehicle compartment, its extendable direction is arrange to become a vertical direction and one end of the extendable direction of the pantograph 44 for lifting movement is fixed at the other end of the extendable direction of the pantograph 43 for lateral movement, thus supporting the seat body 10 by the other end of the extendable direction of the pantograph 44.
