<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ear cover from being removed. <P>SOLUTION: A back ear cover member A has a thin plate ellipse shape long in the upper and lower direction, and has a hole S into which the ear of a dog is inserted, at the center lower part.
