PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table feeder solving problems such as the difficulty of quantitative supply, the rotary trouble of stirring blades or the necessity of an excitation means occurring when short fibers are handled, and a treatment system for wastewater, sludge and liquid waste equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The table feeder is equipped with a guide blade for guiding the content in a storage tank to the metering chamber of a turntable and a jet means for blowing off compressed air from the metering chamber to a discharge port. In the treatment of wastewater, sludge and liquid waste, a chemical agent for short fibers is certainly supplied in a predetermined quantity by the table feeder and the ejector of a feed pipeline.
