PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably distribute game balls to any one of two prize holes. SOLUTION: The prize apparatus has a passage 64, a distribution duct 70 provided on the deep side of the passage and a ball guide member 80 provided in the distribution duct 70. The floor of the distribution duct 70 is lower than that of the passage 64, and the ball guide member 80 can be turned between a general prize hole guiding state and a continuous prize hole guiding state with an approximately perpendicular turning axial line as a center. The surface of the ball guide member 80 on the front side is a ball guide plane 82 inclined from a perpendicular surface to be directed from the front side to the deep side from a lower end to an upper end, and the width of a ball guide groove 75 formed from an end face 67 on the deep side of the passage 64 and the ball guide plane 82 is narrow enough that pachinko ball B does not abut on the floor of the distribution duct 70 on an upstream side even in any guiding state, and becomes gradually wider toward a downstream side.
