PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent separator capable of separating a solvent rapidly and efficiently by a simple constitution, and a compact cleaning system using the same. SOLUTION: A box body having an inverted chevron shape on a side view is arranged in a descendingly inclined state and internally divided into two upper and lower parts by a partition on which a mixed liquid flows down. A plurality of heat conductive barrier plates are implanted in the partition plate in the length direction thereof at specific intervals to form flow channels zigzag in the width direction of the partition plate. At this time, the barrier plates are formed into a T shape on a front view and the upper and lower parts thereof are respectively projected to the upper and lower partitioned parts in a relation of a definite length dimension ratio.
