<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processed egg to which an oil and fat is added and which has reinforced calorie and a good flavor, and to provide a food, such as egg soup, bowl of rice with chicken and egg, Sukiyaki, or porridge of rice and vegetables, which uses the processed egg and has reinforced calorie. <P>SOLUTION: This processed egg is characterized by adding 8 to 40 pts.wt. of an oil and fat to 100 pts.wt. of processed egg.
