<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt adjuster capable of being used regardless of a tilting direction of a seat belt, suppressing the generation of twisting of the seat, and facilitating adjust work. <P>SOLUTION: This seat belt adjuster couples middle portions of a shoulder portion and a waist portion of an automobile seat belt, and downwardly pulls the shoulder portion. The seat belt has a belt portion adjustable in length, a rocking portion attached to both ends of the belt portion, and a coupling portion rockably journaling the rocking portion and attached to the shoulder portion or the waist portion.
