<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver determining device for determining a currently driving driver even when a vehicle is shared, and determining varying states of the driver. <P>SOLUTION: A start information obtaining means 140 detects vehicle information related to timing of engine start and stop of the vehicle. A gear position and side brake information obtaining means 130 detects vehicle information related to gear position change and side brake actuation of the vehicle. An air conditioner operation information obtaining means 150 detects vehicle information related to action modes of an air conditioner. An audio operation information obtaining means 160 detects vehicle information related to action modes of an audio. A light information obtaining means 120 detects vehicle information related to light usage situations. A fuel supply information obtaining means 110 detects vehicle information related to supply of fuel. An extracting means 3 extracts pattens from vehicle information stored in a storage means 2.
