PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely protect small articles by maintaining a rear parcel shelf in a horizontal state irrespective of whether the reclining operation of a seat back is operated or not, in the rear parcel shelf for a car installed at the rear of a reclining rear seat. SOLUTION: The rear parcel shelf 20 is moved to a forward upper side and rear lower side while maintaining a horizontal state, following the reclining operation of the seat back 12 of the rear seat 10. For this purpose, by utilizing a parallel link mechanism rotated in association with the reclining operation of the seat back 12, the rear parcel shelf 20 is moved while maintaining the horizontal state.
