PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under-table tube type close-operated fluoroscopic X-ray apparatus equipped with a cassette type quick photographing apparatus of simple structure with a cassette directly mountable to a cassette tray regardless of the attitude (the rising/falling angle of a bed) of an X-ray fluoroscopic photographing table. SOLUTION: A cassette type quick photographing apparatus for this under- table tube type fluoroscopic X-ray apparatus has an aperture part 10 for putting in and out a cassette charged with a film; a cassette tray 9 slidable with the cassette mounted; a moving frame 13 movable into a photographing position while supporting the cassette tray; and an openable/closable cover 11 for closing the aperture part after positioning the cassette into the photographing apparatus is structured to pull the cassette tray out of the front face of the quick photographing apparatus by providing the aperture part in the front face of the quick photographing apparatus, and the cassette is directly mounted on the cassette tray regardless of the attitude of the fluoroscopic photographing table.
