The present invention also relates to oral and pharmaceutical compositions comprising undesirable tasting compounds wherein undesirable tastes are inhibited by the addition of a phosphorylated amino acid, such as phosphotyrosine, phosphoserine, phosphothreonine, and mixtures thereof, to said oral and pharmaceutical compositions. |
