<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit one resin part to other resin part while retaining a shear strength and to prevent a protuberance as a welding margin from protruding to the surface on the protruding side of the attaching boss in the other resin part. <P>SOLUTION: In binding both resin parts 1 and 2 by inserting a fitting boss 3 at one resin part 1 side into an insertion hole 4 at the other resin part 2 side and welding and additionally tightening the tip part of the fitting boss 3, a projecting welding margin 6 is set around the insertion hole 4, at the opposite face side to one resin part 2, of the other resin part 2 and thereby, the sufficient welding margin of the other resin part 2 is secured. In addition, a cross rib-shaped piece 5 is formed surrounding the fitting boss 3 at one resin part 1 side and interposed between the projecting welding margin 6 and one resin part 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
