PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated packaging material which keeps barrier properties during processing and handling, usually has good airtightness, can be opened smoothy by hand, and is excellent in gas-barrier properties, smell-holding properties, and lamination adhesiveness and a package excellent in opening properties using the packaging material. SOLUTION: In the laminated material having barrier properties, a thin metal or inorganic substance film layer is formed on at least one side of a plastic film, and a coating layer of a resin composition comprising a polyester resin or a polyurethane resin and a melamine resin, an adhesive layer, and a heat-sealing resin layer are laminated in turn on the thin inorganic film layer.
