PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix the three members of a back cover, a steering wheel body and a cover body at a touch, since an engagement hole is provided at a position corresponding to an insertion pin of the back cover of a cover body, when positioning the cover body aiming at retaining a harness on the front side of a boss part of the steering wheel body. SOLUTION: The steering wheel has the back cover 5 covering a back side of the boss part 2 of the steering wheel body 1. The back cover 5 is an approximately box-like shape having a base part and a side wall. In the back cover 5, a plurality of insertion pins and butting parts are provided at a front side and a rear side spaced from each other. In the steering wheel body 1, a hole and a receiving part are provided on a peripheral edge of the boss part 2 such that the back cover 5 is engaged with the boss part 2 of the steering wheel body 1 by the insertion pin or the butting part.
