PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent color drift and transcription slur and to implement control between sheets. SOLUTION: The conveying speed of a register roller is set to only one speed that is faster than the speed of the image formation. After a sheet is conveyed to a sucking roller on the downstream side, the register roller is spaced away. Then, the sheet is conveyed at the speed of image formation by nip of the transcription sheet or a transcription drum and the sucking roller and a roller in front of the register.
