INKJET HEAD, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INKJET RECORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an inkjet head which can meet high-speed printing without using so much accurate parts. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a driving unit of the inkjet head for discharging ink liquid drops from nozzles in accordance with driving of a plurality of independently drivable actuators, a driving member 14 having many actuators 18 arranged on a base member 15 is positioned and stored in an actuator storing part 16d of a frame member 16 where a common liquid chamber is formed in a state with a gap 20 of an appropriate size formed between an outer face 15A of the base member 15 and an inner face 16A of the frame member 16. The base member 15 is joined and fixed to the frame member 16 by filling and hardening an anaerobic adhesive of a type to be hardened by ultraviolet rays into the gap 20. A filling work for the adhesive becomes easy by chamfering an end of the inner face 16A. Moreover, the joining and fixation becomes stronger by forming a recessed part 15B in the outer face 15A and filling the adhesive also in the recessed part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
