PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability in electrical connection between a discrete electrode and a power supply member of an actuator unit. SOLUTION: Each discrete electrode 35a on a piezoelectric sheet 41 farthest from a pressure chamber 10 of a piezoelectric sheet for constituting the actuator unit 21 is electrically joined to power supply pads 55a and 55b of an FPC at two points corresponding to the vicinity of its both ends.
