PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen absorbable resin laminate useful for packaging food, beverage, medicine or the like and having excellent appearance. SOLUTION: In a laminate comprising a substrate layer formed from a thermoplastic resin and an oxygen absorbable resin layer comprising an oxygen absorbable resin composition, the oxygen absorbable resin composition constituting the oxygen absorbable resin layer is prepared by adding 0.001-10 pts.wt. of a transition metal compound to 100 pts.wt. of a polymer (a) having a polyalkylene ether unit.
