<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new dish using potato. <P>SOLUTION: This whole potato is characterized by boiling potato together with skin, dividing the potato into two portions, scooping out the inner portion of each of the two portions, while leaving the skin, stuffing the empty portion of the scooped portion with separately cooked ingredients, joining the product to the other portion, adhering bread crumbs to the joined product, and then wholly frying the product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
