PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive increase in temperature of a part of a flat heater for a mold plate for baking a pancake. SOLUTION: The back surfaces 20 of a pair of mold plates 21 and 22 are slightly and mildly recessed and the center part of flat heaters 3 is pressurized and pressed against the recessed surfaces. The flat heaters 3 elastically deforms by being pressed and adheres to the recessed surfaces that are the back surfaces of the mold plates and prevents the temperature of the flat heaters 3 themselves to be partially increased in excess since the flat heaters themselves pressing the back surfaces 20 by their elastic power for returning to the original shape and preventing any gap from being created between the back surfaces.
