<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly preservative fish paste product which comprises a fish paste and green tea, holds the light hue and flavor of green tea, has a good texture, and is free from the smell of fish. <P>SOLUTION: This fish paste product is prepared by mixing and kneading the fish paste with salt, starch or a seasoning, mixing and kneading the obtained paste with at least one hue-retaining agent selected from cyclodextrin, vitamin C, vitamin E and natural bittern and with green tea dispersed in a small amount of an edible oil, alternately molding the obtained paste in a laminar state, settling the molded paste, and then roasting the molded paste from both the upper and lower sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
