PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce new start of work for a mold with respect to the alteration of a design or the like to the utmost.

SOLUTION: A mold structure is constituted so that an electric wire group W for constituting a wire harness is inserted in the groove parts 14b and 16a of the lower mold 18 of a mold 10 to be set to a required arrangement form by wiring and a resin is molded in a mold to manufacture a molded wire harness W/H. The mold 10 is divided and a mold for the branch position of the electric wire group W is set as a common mold 11 and a plurality of branch ports 14a are bored in the common mold 11. A mold 12 for branch wires connected to the branch ports 14a is provided and constituted so as to be made freely replaceable corresponding to the form of branch wires Wa.
