<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation facility ensured to be usable in the sea to be mobile there although such a facility has conventionally been located on the land. <P>SOLUTION: The plant cultivation facility has the following structure. The facility body 1 is equipped with a water storage tank 2 and an air ventilator 5 and the ceiling of the body 1 is mounted with a sunlight-receiving device 3 and/or an artificial irradiator 4.
